Delete a DinoDub account
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information. This page explains the app path, alternatives when access fails, and the current limits of media cleanup.
Delete inside the app
Open My space → System settings → Permanently delete account in a version that supports this action. Confirm the request and reauthenticate with the method required for that account. Linked Apple accounts require Apple reauthentication and authorization revocation; a failure should leave the account available for retry.
Deletion ends access and cannot be undone. Save anything you need before confirming. A support email is not a replacement for the in-app deletion option.
If you cannot sign in or need guardian assistance
Email dinodub2026@gmail.com with subject “DinoDub account deletion request”. Include the user ID if available, platform, whether you act for yourself or a child, and the scope: whole account, a specific work, or permission withdrawal. Add the work URL if relevant.
Do not send a password, PIN, verification code or session token. We use proportionate account and guardian verification before disclosing or removing information. An unverified contact email, nickname or public link does not establish ownership.
What is removed and what may remain
The current account deletion flow primarily removes account records and related database information. We also review controlled raw recordings, videos, avatars, messages, analytics associations, cloud objects and caches covered by a verified request.
Cloud media, CDN copies, logs and backups are not all automatically removed by the existing app operation. We will explain outstanding work and any specific legal or security retention. Necessary anti-abuse registration digests/counts can remain separately; account deletion does not refund device registration allowances.
Shared links, timing and your rights
Previously shared files may still be reachable until controlled storage/CDN copies are removed or access is revoked. Copies saved by independent recipients cannot be remotely erased by us.
We process verified requests promptly and explain the outcome, remaining work and any applicable extension. You may also request correction, access or withdrawal of optional permissions without deleting the whole account. Contact support for progress; clearing an app or browser cache alone does not delete an account.
